New partners at KPMG

KPMG Czech Republic has appointed three new partners. Karel Charvát and Jindřich Vašina have joined the audit department and Jan Linhart has joined the tax services department.
Charvát joined KPMG Czech Republic in 1997 and in previous roles was responsible for audits and audit-related services.
Vašina was previously responsible for audits and advisory services for clients such as banks, insurance companies and pension funds.As a partner in the tax services department, Linhart will continue his role specializing in providing tax services to manufacturing companies and focusing on corporate income tax, investment incentives and other forms of state aid.All three appointees hold degrees from the University of Economics in Prague.Richard Gilbert is the new Central and Eastern Europe managing director for Hays, a UK-based specialist recruitment company that began operations in the Czech Republic 10 years ago. From the Prague office, he will be responsible for company operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
Gilbert joined Hays in 1996 in the United Kingdom and his most recent role was development director of the construction and property division, where he managed 300 staff.The Prague office of DTZ, an international property consulting firm, is expanding its office and industrial agency teams with the addition and promotion of several employees. Bert Hesselink has joined DTZ as the head of office and industrial agency and expanded the office by hiring three real estate professionals; Kateřina Karlíková and Lenka Malhocká joined the office agency team, specializing in tenant representation and landlord representation services, respectively, and Petr Hulec joined the industrial agency team focusing on logistics property.Dana Husková, 32, has been appointed marketing director of the Sodexho company. She will be responsible for marketing communication strategies, PR activities and activities connected with sales support as well as product development.
Husková has previous experience with product management and brand marketing. Prior to joining Sodexho, she worked for Unilever as a chain account manager.Husková graduated from the Hotel School Světlá in Valašské Meziříčí and is fluent in both English and German.Send information regarding personnel changes at your company to ccompton@praguepost.com
